Ransomware recovery
Data recovery caused by hardware failures unless the hardware is under warranty by AIC

Version Updates
As of January 1, 2021 AIC Rail will no longer support SMS Versions 4 or 5.
As of January 1, 2023 AIC Rail will only make bug fixes to WSMS Version 5 applications. AIC Rail will not make any AAR updates or feature requests.
AIC will provide quotes for programming services for an additional charge to legacy products
