WSMS Updates - June 14th, 2022

There is a new update for Bearing Press Recorder (6.6.3.31) to address a problem some users are experiencing with duplicate registration attempts being sent to Railinc resulting in an error of “Component already exists”. Railinc’s servers are taking longer to process registration requests, causing BPR to time out waiting for the reply. When this timeout occurred, BPR was trying to re-send the request assuming it had failed. BPR has been updated to increase the timeout to 2 minutes. It also no longer re-sends the request when it receives a timeout or other exception.
